By using PIXNIVO ("the site," "the tools"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What PIXNIVO is

PIXNIVO provides free, browser-based image tools — including an image compressor, image editor, and AI background remover. All processing happens locally in your own browser; no account is required.

3. Your content

• You retain full ownership of any image you process using PIXNIVO.
• You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and edit any image you upload.
• Since processing happens on your own device, we never receive, store, or have access to your images.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PIXNIVO to process or create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is otherwise harmful. You're solely responsible for the images you choose to process.

5. No warranty

PIXNIVO is provided "as is," free of charge, without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accurate and reliable results (for example, from the AI background remover), we can't guarantee perfect results for every image, and results may vary depending on your device and browser.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PIXNIVO and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools.

7. Third-party components

Some features rely on open-source libraries and AI models loaded from third-party content delivery networks. These run locally in your browser and are subject to their own respective licenses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the site's features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
